The advantages of joining BTYC Sailsports Club are:

• A friendly, not for profit, club with a very good volunteer ethos to keep costs low and safety high.
• A beautiful site with over 70 acres of water & easy access from North, West & Central London.
• A very high number of RYA-qualified instructors to ensure that all sailors and windsurfers can get the basic, advanced and race training (most of it free) that they want.
• A high standard of club boats and windsurfing boards for training and racing.
• Use of any craft (boat or board) you have been checked out to use.
• Use of workshop space if you need to modify or repair your own boat or board.
• An RYA Sailability centre which caters for people with some disablities.
• Use of wetsuit or buoyancy aid if needed (though we expect members to get their own once they are committed to the sport).
• Access at any time to the club house & for sailing /windsurfing (apart from during some racing).
• Free tea or coffee whenever you wish & access to the club bar during opening hours.
