YACHTING

In recent years, we have begun to venture out past the Welsh Harp to larger waters in the pursuit of big boat racing and cruising. As an extension of our dinghy racing and sailing activities, several of our members have achieved or are achieving their RYA /MCA Day Skipper /Coastal Skipper tickets, and are qualified to skipper boats.

We have an arrangement with Seahorse Sailing Club in which we can join in their offshore cruising & racing events.

We have participated, (more on an individual basis than a club sponsored event) in several inshore and offshore activities, and the aim is to become more involved with other well recognised events.
